AdvantageHealth seminars allow employees to interact with specialists on popular topics. Seminars are presented by a variety of health professionals and can be coordinated to accommodate your schedule and meet your needs. With over 200 wellness topics, many of our seminars are also available in webinar format.

Led by certified instructors, participants have fun while they build healthier, stress-free, disease-resistant bodies. Kristine Keykal, MPHCo-Founder & CEO
Kristine has spent the last 20 years developing a variety of health promotion initiatives in order to improve the health and well-being of populations. This has included consulting with a wide variety of employer groups including businesses, community organizations, educational clients and the government sector to develop strategic, results-oriented wellness programs. She co-founded AdvantageHealth Corporation in 2001 as a means to assist organizations with creating a healthy and more productive workforce. Clients appreciate her thoughtful and tactical mentality to worksite wellness, plus her “not every size fits all” approach. Her goal is develop a sustainable program that best fits each client’s needs, interests and risks and that shows a positive return on their investment. Kristine holds a Master’s Degree in Public Health, plus a double-major in Community Health & Physical Education. When she’s not working, Kristine enjoys training for marathons, instructing group exercise classes, and chasing after her three kids.
Michael Olson, MSCo-Founder & President
As Co-Founder of AdvantageHealth, Mike oversees the “bricks and mortar” services of the company – fitness center design, implementation, staffing, management, and programming. In other words, he and his team help build best-in-class corporate fitness centers with award-winning results. Mike’s passion, driven by post-graduate Kinesiology studies and over 20 years of field experience, is to create an environment that promotes healthy behaviors and produces results. His goal is to help his clients match the right space, equipment, and operations to their demographic and budget. He listens to what his clients are saying, while pointing them in the right direction. Whether it’s consulting with business partners, leading planning committees with fortune 500 clients, or creating a return on investment for asset managers, no detail is too big or small. When not playing endless rounds of card games or planning a weekend trip with his wife and kids, he’s training for his next Ironman Triathlon. Yes, his type A personality knows no bounds.
Becky Olson, BAWellness Services Manager
Becky has worked in the corporate wellness field for 20 years. She has worked closely with nationally recognized corporate clients to improve the well-being of their employees through fitness and wellness initiatives. Becky joined AdvantageHealth in 2007 and has enjoyed the ability to positively impact thousands of our client’s employees through our wellness programs. Her priority is to ensure that every seminar, fitness class, health fair and biometric screening event is presented in a professional and encouraging manner. Becky holds a Bachelor of Arts in Exercise Science and Psychology. With a strong interest in corporate and community health, she has also been certified in group exercise and CPR instruction. In her spare time, Becky is an avid reader who always has the next book on her list ready to go. Although not a runner, Becky tries to get a few short races on the schedule each year to keep her motivated during workouts. She is always looking forward to summer and spending time on the lake with her husband and three kids.
Paula Steenrod, MPHHealth Education Specialist
Paula has been actively involved with AdvantageHealth since 2003. In her position as Health Education Specialist, she wears many hats within the company. She may be subbing at a fitness center, leading a screening event, creating or presenting a wellness seminar, instructing a yoga class, coaching a client on how to lose weight, conducting data entry and analysis or keeping the office organized by tracking supplies. Paula holds a Master’s in Public Health from the University of WI-La Crosse and Bachelor’s in Actuarial Science from the University of WI-Eau Claire. When Paula is not working, she is an avid cyclist and enjoys spending time on her bike Tulip and adventuring with her husband around the country.
Dana Wisniewski, MSHealth Promotion Manager
Dana joined AdvantageHealth in 2010 as the Wellness Program Manager for Colorado’s largest school district designing, implementing, and evaluating employee wellness programs for the district’s 12,000 employees. In 2016, Dana became the Health Promotion Manager, integrating her Master’s in Marketing Management from the University of WI-Milwaukee along with her Bachelor’s in Community Health Education from the University of WI-La Crosse. In 2014, she was awarded “Top 100 Health Promotion Professionals in the U.S.” by WELCOA. When she’s not working, you will find Dana hiking in Boulder, drinking strong coffee, or doing down dogs on her mat.
