Biometric Screenings & Assessments


  • PACKAGE 1: Total Cholesterol/HDL/Ratio/Glucose (fingerstick, 2-hour fast)​ + Blood Pressure, Body Mass Index (BMI), & Waist Circumference.

  • PACKAGE 2: Total Cholesterol/HDL/Ratio/LDL/Triglycerides/Glucose (fingerstick, 12-hour fast)​ + Blood Pressure, Body Mass Index (BMI), & Waist Circumference.


Above screenings take 10 minutes to complete per person. Immediate results onsite and education for each participant regarding results.

Venipuncture screenings available as well, which include a Full Chem Panel, Complete Blood Count, Cotinine, Full Lipids and Glucose. Please inquire with us for more information.

AdvantageHealth Responsibilities:

  • Provide guidance to client regarding screening set-up and communication

  • Provide professional staff for screenings​

  • Bring all the necessary equipment and screening forms to the client site ​

  • Administer and collect the paperwork (i.e. consent form) at the screening ​

  • Provide de-identified group reports and/or participation lists to the client regarding screening results​

  • Provide our privacy policy to employees (if requested)​

  • Administer an online screening appointment registration (if applicable)  ​

  • Administer outcomes-based program (if applicable)

  • Follow HIPAA requirements in order to ensure privacy and confidentiality

Client Responsibilities:

  • Determine date/time/location for the screening event(s)​

  • Designate a site contact for the screening​

  • Provide a private space for the screenings​

  • Provide tables, chairs, wastebaskets and access to electrical​

  • Communicate and promote the screenings to your employees​

  • Administer the screening appointment sign-up (if applicable)  ​

  • Arrive early for the screening event to allow AdvantageHealth to set up​

  • Provide a check-in person (if applicable)

Short on time? We can take care of the administrative tasks associated with your wellness program, such as incentive point tallying, data entry, communication and coordination. We can also take care of processing personal health information for your employees in order to be compliant with employer privacy guidelines.
