We're thrilled to announce the launch of Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) Training tailored for worksites.
Prioritizing mental wellness is key to success. MHFA Training equips participants with the skills to identify, understand, and effectively respond to mental health and substance use challenges among colleagues. This can be a valuable training for all employees; however, especially for those in middle management/supervisory roles.
By investing in MHFA Training, you're fostering a workplace culture that values and supports mental wellness. This not only enhances productivity but also reduces absenteeism and turnover rates, leading to a happier and more engaged workforce.
What the Training Includes: Learners complete a 2-hour, self-paced online course of pre-work, followed by participation in a “live” 4.5- to 5.5-hour, instructor-led training virtually via Zoom over the course of one or two days. Once complete, participants will receive a MHFA certification.
In person training available as well. Please inquire if interested.
Training Cost: $100.00 per participant. 5 person minimum/15 person maximum per virtual training course.
