Who Can Participate:

The group coaching program is open to employee participants from ANY organization & geographic location.

 

Program Objective:

Participants learn how to truly nourish their bodies, improve their energy, and manage their weight through the power of clean, intuitive eating from our experienced Wellness Coach, Paula Steenrod, MPH. Topics covered during the sessions include: readiness to change, short-term and long-term goals, motivation, triggers and coping skills.

 

Program Details:

Two-week virtual program includes:

  • Three (3), 60-minute group Zoom calls with wellness coach (recorded for those who can't attend the live Zoom calls).

  • Four (4),10-minute recorded videos from wellness coach for additional accountability, motivation, education, and problem-solving.

  • Private, HIPPA-compliant coaching portal, food journal, exit survey, and tracking reports.

  • Determine how many employees your organization will pay for.

  • Promote the program (we will send your marketing materials) & steps for employees to register.

One-on-one Wellness Coaching Program: Phone or Virtual/Zoom-based

 

Our comprehensive,10-week, private wellness coaching program provides individualized support for a participant's holistic wellness journey - focusing on physical, mental and emotional wellbeing. Coaches help participants set and reach wellness goals that are relevant and meaningful to the participant, and result in lasting behavior change.

 

Although a 10-week program is the gold standard in terms of behavior change research, we work with organizations to provide customized coaching services that meet your needs, including desired program-length and budget as well as incentive prize design.

Our wellness coaches can cover wellness topics including: Nutrition, weight management, stress management & mental wellbeing, physical activity, goal-setting, time managementmindfulness, sleep and more!

According to Phillippa Lally, a health psychology researcher at University College London, a new habit usually takes a little more than two months, 66 days to be exact, and as much as 254days until it’s fully formed. A 10-week program allows the time to foster new healthy habits.

AdvantageHabits: Participants choose any health-related habit they want to add to their lives. They also learn the latest science of behavior change, intrinsic motivation, goal setting, and vision making to implement any new health-related habit(s) into their lives. From improving sleep, to getting more organized, to losing weight or improving outlook and mood, these are just a few of the habits people have changed in their lives!
