Meet Our Coaches
Our health and wellness coaches possess in-depth training from some of the best coaching programs in the nation as well as hold degrees from four-year universities. They work with clients throughout the U.S. performing in-person, virtual and telephonic wellness coaching.
Paula Steenrod, MPH
Paula holds a Master’s in Public Health from the University of Wisconsin - La Crosse and Bachelor’s in Actuarial Science from the University of Wisconsin - Eau Claire. She holds a certification from the Precision Nutrition Coaching Program as well as Wellness Coaches School of Coaching, and is a 200-hr Certified Yoga Teacher. When Paula is not working, she is an avid cyclist and enjoys spending time on her bike, and adventuring with her husband around the country.
Dana Wisniewski, MS
Dana completed her Master's degree in Management from the University of Wisconsin - Milwaukee and Bachelor's in Community Health Education from the University of Wisconsin - La Crosse. She's worked with AdvantageHealth for the past 14 years as their Health Promotion Manager. She completed WellCoaches School of Coaching. She is also a 200-hr Certified Mindfulness Instructor, Personal Trainer, and Yoga Teacher. She also enjoys hiking in the foothills of Boulder, CO where she resides.
Amanda Clarke
Amanda completed her Bachelor's degree in Exercise & Wellness from Brigham Young University. She is a Nationally Board Certified Health and Wellness Coach, Ergonomics Assessment Specialist, and Group Fitness Instructor. She believes that empowered individuals have the potential to transform lives and improve their communities. She encourages a balanced lifestyle with a positive environment around food and fitness. Amanda enjoys spending time outside - exploring a new trail on her bike or curled up in a hammock with a good book.
Toni Armbruster, MS
Toni completed her Master’s degree in Exercise Science and Health Promotions at California University of Pennsylvania. She is a National Board Certified Health and Wellness Coach, NASM Certified Personal Trainer, and is an Ergonomics Assessment Specialist. She believes that the key to health and well-being is creating unique systems for each individual, based on personal strengths and self-compassion. You can almost always find Toni in or on the water, scuba diving with her husband or fishing with her kids.
Kari Gallagher
Kari Gallagher completed her Bachelor's degree in Exercise & Sport Science from the University of Minnesota Duluth. She has 10 years of experience in the field and is an ACE Behavior Change Coach, NASM Personal Trainer, Precision Nutrition Coach, and Yoga instructor. She has many coaching mottos, but her favorite is “progress over perfection.” Kari enjoys spending time with her three children, running, waterskiing, doing yoga, and drinking coffee.
Erin Gaub
Erin graduated from the University of Akron in Ohio with a Bachelor of Science in Nutrition & Dietetics, Bachelor of Science in Environmental Nutrition, with a minor in Business. She has been a certified Health Coach for the last 6 years, and a 200-hr Certified Yoga Instructor. In her role she enjoys connection and creating partnerships so much! A perfect night for Erin is doing a puzzle and sipping a hot cocoa with her husband and kids​.

Kristen Mockler
Kristen obtained her Nutrition Therapist Master Certification from Nutrition Therapy Institute and Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Leadership from University of Wyoming. She is a National Board-Certified Health and Wellness Coach and a 200-hour Certified Yoga Instructor. Kristen is passionate about connecting with each person uniquely to cultivate the best version of themselves. Kristen thrives with her active family on the farm, ball field, camp scene, lake time, or mountain hike.​
