AdvantageHealth is proud to showcase the interior space we helped design for Fitness at SPS Tower (formerly known as 333 South 7th Fitness Center) in Minneapolis, MN.

Nine years of continued growth has established the Fitness at SPS Tower as one of the premier tenant fitness centers in the Midwest.

​

With a well-equipped cardio and strength floor, over 15 different group exercise classes, and numerous fitness and wellness programs running throughout the year, fitness center members have plenty of motivation to be healthy. Members also enjoy full service conveniences that include towel service and locker room amenities.

AdvantageHealth began its partnership with CBRE and 333 Ownership by providing consulting services to create a functional, low cost fitness center that would carry the same high-end Fitness at SPS Tower finishes and detail.  Under the guidance of 333’s Property Management, AdvantageHealth’s professional onsite fitness staff have since maintained a membership base of over half the building population.
