S.H.A.P.E. Weight Management Program (12 weeks)

This program has one goal: Support Healthy Eating And Promote Exercise! It's the ideal program to launch at the start of a new year, to help employees learn the skills and tools to eat healthy and exercise on a regular basis, even if your employees are working remotely.

We can implement this program virtually with your employees, utilizing ZOOM and a private Facebook page.

S.H.A.P.E. stands for Support Healthy Eating And Promote Exercise and is a 12-week program led by a nutrition professional. Through a cognitive and behavioral approach, S.H.A.P.E. focuses on increasing knowledge, coping mechanisms and weight management strategies for managing weight for a lifetime. Each week includes a 30-60 minute presentation on timely topics such as essential nutrients, portion control, metabolism, caloric intake and physical activity. Participants are provided handouts, healthy recipes, group support and more. In addition, a private Facebook page can be created for your group to share support, recipes and tips!

This program can be implemented virtually for your organization using Zoom, WebEx, Microsoft Teams or other online platform.
